We went to the pumpkin patch with Maga and Papa while they were here.
Luke enjoyed the ice cream the best, but he also liked the tractors.
I think Titus would have played with this fire engine for 12 straight hours.
And in true Eli form, he loved the huge jumping bubble. :)
We enjoyed some time at a small lake- fall colors not yet in full swing, but still pretty.
We didn't have any of our own leaves to rake so we borrowed our neighbor's.
We carved our pumpkins, but Titus's got eaten up by squirrels so the boys shared with him.
Luke enjoyed doing the knife carving by himself again this year. He did a great job!
Halloween night and for Trunk or Treat the boys dressed as a ninja, a bat and a chef. (along with a Lincoln Vader here:)
Jarud's favorite part of Halloween is watching "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown" with the boys. Titus liked it a lot but cried when Snoopy started crying. :( It was sad but sweet.
For Halloween we did some dry ice play in my Chemistry class.
They enjoyed carbonating Kool-aid and making giant dry ice bubbles. It was fun and we mixed in a few gas law principles so that they (supposedly) learned some things as well.
We also got our family picture taken. Our friend Jon Byron took them for us. He does a great job always.

SO many things to love about this post! It doesn't seem right that those boys are allowed to keep growing while we aren't there- I mean, Titus isn't a baby anymore! He seems like so much fun. Luke and Eli are such great brothers and leaders, too! LOVED the family photo.
